I enjoy asking questions, especially tough questions, the problem I normally have is waiting to hear the answer to the question. If I feel it isn’t being answered, instead of letting the tension drive out an answer from someone else, I usually step in to answer it. Therefore, I defeat the purpose of asking the question in the first place.
