I just finished a very good, very short book by Andy Stanley called “Making Vision Stick”. It very succinctly discusses how to create and cast a vision that will stick with people in way that will influence hearts, motives and actions.
I would highly recommend this book for just about anyone, including:
- leaders of any organization, large or small.
- team leaders trying to help their team stay focused on the task at hand.
- fathers or mothers trying to lead their families in a specific direction.
- Life Group leaders trying to help their group rally around a cause bigger than itself.
It is literally a 30-minute read…and well worth it!
